#UCLdraw: Manchester United to face Barcelona in Champions League quarter-final

The Champions League quarter-final draw just took place and we will be seeing many star matches.

The draws was held at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland and carried out by 2010 winner with Inter Milan, Brazilian goalkeeper, Julio Cesar


Four English teams, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham made it to the round of eight. They were joined by Barcelona, Ajax, Juventus and Porto.




 The main star match is the clash between past winners, Bacelona Vs Manchester United.

 Two English side, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City will battle each other.

Arsenal and Chelsea are in the Europa League quarter-final draw at 12:00 GMT.

Then Ajax will clash with Juventus, while Liverpool will battle Porto.


The last English side to win the competition was Chelsea in 2012, although Liverpool made the final last season.

The last Champions League meeting between two English sides took place last season when Liverpool knocked out Manchester City in the last eight.

In the semi-final draws, the winners of the tie between Tottenham and Man City will face either Ajax or Juventus, while Barcelona or Manchester United would play Liverpool or Porto.

The quarter-final first legs take place on 9 April and 10 April. The semi-finals start on 30 April and 1 May before the final on Saturday, 1 June.
