Rape Allegations: Protesters storm COZA church in Abuja, Lagos (Photos, videos)

Some protesters on Sunday stormed the Commonwealth Zion Assembly (COZA) in Abuja and Lagos.

The protesters on the platform of #ChurchToo Movement marched to the church to protest over the rape allegations leveled against Pastor Fatoyimbo, founder of COZA by Busayo Dakolo, celebrity photographer and wife of singer Timi Dakolo.

Security guards at the church in Abuja manhandled a protester who was trying to make his way to the front of the church.

Although Fatoyinbo has denied the allegation, the protesters have asked him to step down until
investigation is concluded.

Fatoyinbo later mounted the pulpit and announced a suspension of a seven days programme of the church, saying the “Holy Spirit” directed him to do so.

Speaking when he mounted the altar, the pastor said he was unhappy about the scandal rocking the church.
